Hi! Welcome to Barky Bosco's, first we would like to tell you how we came up with that name, so meet Bosco our 14 year old rescue who loves to bark!
Here at Barky Bosco's we treat your pet like they were our own. We have 5 fully fenced acres with 3 large play yards. We are an open play facility and do have the means to care for our reactive friends as well.
We are just a dog crazy mom and daughter team with a strong passion for making your pets feel comfortable while you're away. Peggy was an LPN who worked in the hospice field and after 10+ years decided it was time for a change. Ellie has had a passion for dogs her whole life and is currently a vet assistant and in school to get her vet tech license. Together we have a deep love for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, though poodles will always have our heart, we strive to make your pet feel at home.

Boarding $40
Boarding is one of our most popular services, especially for repeat clients. We pride ourselves on our professional yet fun approach, and do everything necessary to ensure your pets are safe, secure and happy. We have many different options for boarding your pets. We offer a relaxed home like setting for your pets to relax and play all day. For our friends who don't get along with others, we have a completely separate area so that they can have total privacy while still having a comfortable safe place to stay and play!
Daycare $30
We have several different play yards and hang out spaces for your pets to relax and spend their days. When the weather allows for it we offer play pools and a splash pad to cool off. If the weather doesn’t allow for outside fun we have inside play areas and hang outs for your dogs to lounge around and feel like they are at home. As long as your pup is friendly with everyone we have open play.
Your pet’s happiness is our number one priority. During any stay even if it's just for the day, we learn what they like and dislike, always treat them with kindness and patience and can adapt to what they find most comfortable. We never charge extra for snuggles - it’s included.
What do you need to pack?
We supply everything your pet needs besides, food and any medications, or supplements they need. Yes we have tons of different kinds of bowls, beds, toys and more!
We do ask that you pack a few days extra of food because you never know when your travels may have to be delayed and occasionally, puppies especially will need a little extra from all their play. We do not charge any extra to give medications because we care about your pet like our own and we feel that necessity's shouldn't cost you any more!
Where does my pet eat and sleep?
All our guests eat in the crate for everyones safety, this way we don't have any food fights!
Most guests sleep in their crate with a cozy bed, our senior friends do get the choice to sleep out as some need full access to water throughout the night or have some anxiety and do better snuggling with a friend. We sleep right above the dogs and can hear if they need anything thought out the night we are always on call.
Requirements
For everyones safety we require all of our guests to be up to date on DHPP, BORDATELLA, RABIES, AND on a monthly Flea & Tick treatment.
